"As an experienced tax advisor with a law degree and former member of the Paris Bar until 2017, I have over 20 years of experience in direct and international taxation.
I also advise on the tax structuring of private investments, mergers and acquisitions, and LBOs for small and mid-cap companies at national and international level.
Based in Luxembourg since 2017, I have been assisting private clients in managing their assets through Luxembourg structures (holdings, funds, family offices, etc.) and investors, as a tax director within fiduciaries companies and as an independent tax advisor.
I also hold independent director positions with Luxembourg companies. With a passion for digital technology and Web3, I advise entrepreneurs in the ICT/Web3 sector on their tax issues.
I am an active member of The Luxembourg House of Web3 Asbl and the Luxembourg Institute of Directors (ILA). Since 2018, I have been participating in crypto and Web3 meetings and events in Luxembourg.."

Our fees
Our services are generally billed based on time spent and are subject to VAT at the standard rate applicable in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. However, for certain projects, a fixed-fee arrangement can be considered.
